Funding allocation: € 208 billion euro between 2007-2013
The main objective of OPACD is to contribute to the creation of a more efficient and efficacious public administration, for the Romanian socio-economic society’s benefit.
Specific objectives:
- Obtaining structural and process improvements of the public policy management cycle
- Improving quality and efficiency of the delivery of public services on a decentralised basis
